“I have lost over 21 inches a
nd almost 10lbs from head to toe in the past 5 months. I needed something I could honestly do at home in little time. After having 2 young kids I was so lost on how to get back into shape. I had NO time for the gym. I had 2 kids who hated the running stroller and long stroller rides! I had NO time or extra money for a yearly gym pass and was at a loss! Then I found 21DF. Seemed too good to be true. I knew it would be work. I knew I needed to get my grazing eating habits in check and dial in my health and fitness. I dedicated my heart and soul to this lifestyle change. I gave it 100% for 21 day in a row. My results were SO incredible I couldn’t stop…. I have adapted 21DF as a lifestyle. I don’t use the word “diet”. This is my LIFESTYLE and I love it. I’ve never felt better. I’m in the best shape of my life as a 33 year old mother of 2. I never thought I could look like this…. “I’ve tried all kinds of diets and exercises and even gained weight while training for triathlons! This is the first complete program I’ve tried, LOVED, and kept up with the longest! I’ve done 3 or 4 rounds of 21 DF and now I’m doing EXTREME!! Left is March 7th and Right is May 14th – guess I should take more pics soon!”

“I have had trouble with my weight most of my life. After being diagnosed with PCOS in my early 20s, gaining and losing weight have been a constant battle. Before starting with Shakeology and Beachbody I was always SO tired, unmotivated, clothes were not enjoyable to wear. I was sick and exhausted of this struggle I had been dealing with for YEARS! I have done programs such as 21 Day Fix (several rounds), worked with Debbie Siebers’ program, and currently doing PiYo. I still have a long way to go, but for once in my life I feel secure that I can achieve it. No more giving up after not seeing results quick. “I used to be in great shape in my twenties, but my education and a stubborn injury got in the way. I tor
e my rotator cuff a few years ago and shortly after started my clinical rotations for my final year of veterinary school. So, my health and fitness were put on hold. My diet suffered as a consequence, and I just let myself go. I used t be proud of my body, but I got to the point where I hated the way I felt and looked. I never wanted to take my shirt off anymore. When I sat down I could feel all the extra fat around my midsection and love handles. I hated it. I had gone from fit and healthy to fat and inactive.I was on the internet one day, and I came across an advertisement for Beachbody and immediately I was interested. I looked into it, did some research, and immediately knew that this was what I was looking for. It lit a fire under my butt to become a Coach, get back into the best shape of my life, and inspire others to do the same. I liked that it was something different. I had been back to the gym for a while, but just didn’t have the drive and motivation that I once had. People used to ask me questions all the time about working out and nutrition because of the shape I was in. I wanted that back! So, I cancelled my gym membership, became a Coach, started my first challenge group with some friends and family, and began my journey with P90X and Shakeology.The greatest challenge I faced before beginning my Beachbody program was work and all the travelling I did with my job at the time. I was gone 3-4 days per week with my job, so it was very hard to keep up a fitness program at the gym. It was also very hard to stay on track with my diet and eat healthy. I was constantly on the road, staying at hotels, and eating out all the time. Beachbody programs were the perfect solution! I could take the workouts with me anywhere, and many of my workouts were done in hotel rooms. I used weights when I worked out at home and resistance bands when I was on the road. It worked perfectly! Shakeology was also a lifesaver when it came to my diet. I still ate out, but I started making healthier choices. It made a huge difference. I replaced my breakfast wih Shakeology, and it was always my backup if I couldn’t find anything healthy while I was on the road.I was so surprised at how fast I saw results. After the first 3 weeks of P90X, I noticed a big difference. That’s when I got even more excited to push myself. My pants were getting more and more loose every week. Each week I could do more push-ups and pull-ups than the last. I did most of the workouts in the morning, and my energy for the remainder of the day was noticeably increased. My cardiovascular fitness improved so much! I remember the first plyometrics workout was SO hard. I couldn’t even finish it because I was so out of breath. By week 6, I was yelling at the TV telling Tony that he couldn’t keep up with me! I think the greatest achieveme
nt for me was seeing what a difference yoga can make in my life. I had never done yoga before P90X, and I can honestly say it was my favorite workout. It is the one that I need the most improvement in, but I experienced what a huge difference yoga can make in my flexibility, alignment and posture.Oh yeah, and I submitted my before and after pictures to Beachbody to get my free T-shirt and to my surprise I won $500 in the Beachbody Challenge!!! Huge surprise to me but hey, if you want to give me money for getting fit and healthy…..I’ll take it lol.
Health, fitness, and nutrition are so important to me in my daily lifestyle and I have my life back!. I am so glad that it is my main priority again. I am so much happier because of it. Everything feels better now that I am back working out, eating clean, and living a more active lifestyle. My girlfriend has got me running a lot more, and we are planning on doing a marathon. I have my confidence back. I’m not afraid to take my shirt off, and people are asking me about fitness and nutrition again. I am having a blast as a Beachbody Coach, and I love helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals. I have become a better person in all aspects of my life, including personal development, which I never did before. It is extremely rewarding to help other people feel the way I feel.”

“Weight has been something I have struggled with for years. As a young child, I was made fun of. By the time I hit high school I became comfortable with who I was.
In 2014, I weighed 225 wore a size 20-22. I decided to get healthy after attending a diabetes management class with my dad in which I found out that I was a high-risk of getting diabetes because it ran in my family and because I was over weight.
Here I am a year later. I now way 178 pounds and wear a size 12-14. I started with working on doing a 30 Day AB Challenge then I switched to eating healthier. After several rounds of 21 Day Fix I added Shakeolgy into my journey. I have also done a few P90x workouts.
My changes have not only been physical but mental as well. I am comfortable for the first time in years to wear a bikini. I have stepped out of my comfort zone to share my story and inspire others. “
