Problem with your Scale?

WHAT? fat vs muscle kristi Photoshop.  Definitely Photoshop. Duh.

Wait.  But she LOOKS leaner!  YES!  It is MUSCLE that makes her look more toned.  She is RIPPED in BOTH pictures and most would die to look like this on the left 🙂 BUT that’s not the point I am making here . . . What you need to focus on is that the SCALE isn’t always your best friend.  Yes, if you have lost 30, 50, 100+ pounds your scale WILL be amazing, But while on that journey that scale is going to go all over the place!  You could be gaining weight because you are building muscle, muscle vs fatbut the muscle hasn’t burned off much fat yet, so you have BOTH hanging around.  Then bam, keep at it and your fat melts off because you didn’t GIVE UP when the scale went UP – you were smart and knew that it took months, years to add that weight on and it will take more than 2 weeks to see change.  YOU want this as a lifestyle.  Not a quick fix.  Not a diet.  Not a fad.  Not a medical bill.  You want to FEEL GOOD.  So stop letting yourself down and TRUST the process.  Eat Healthy foods!  Not just less crap foods, fill your body with FUEL.
