ADD – Just ADD

Adding veggies to your life is such a simple thing to do, yet it is also a simple thing NOT to do. This eating right thing doesn’t have to be hard, your stomach doesn’t have to hurt after a huge greasy meal. Make a few good choices each day, each week – they add up! Give it time – we have been learning bad habits all our life, why not give good habits more than two weeks to sort themselves out??🌱🍅🍆
